Westlands Office Fit-Out

A full interior fit-out for a 40-person creative studio in Westlands, delivered on an occupied-building timeline with zero disruption to neighbouring tenants. The brief called for an open-plan layout that could flex between focused work and team collaboration.

We handled space planning, custom joinery, acoustic treatment, and a lighting design built around daylight harvesting — reducing the studio's daytime artificial lighting load while keeping the space consistently bright. Meeting rooms were built as acoustically isolated boxes within the open floor so noise never carries.

All heavy and noisy work was scheduled outside business hours, and the space was handed over fully furnished and cabled, ready for the team to move in over a single weekend.
