A ground-up custom home on a 3,100 square foot footprint in Runda, carried from initial site assessment through structural engineering, construction, and interior styling under a single contract.

Foundations were engineered for the site's soil conditions, framing and roofing followed our standard staged inspections, and the interior team took over the moment the shell reached lock-up — coordinating flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and furnishing so the family could move in with nothing left to finish.

Managing structure and interior as one contract meant no gap between trades and no finger-pointing over defects: a single team was accountable from the first excavation to the final walkthrough.
